Pepi Boutique Hotel is a testament to timeless hospitality. Its story begins in the early 20th century when the building served as one of Europe's oldest public primary schools. The school eventually closed, and the halls fell silent, until they found new life when our grandfather Sifis (Iosif) revitalised the space with a thriving cotton and silk business.
In 1984, his son (our father) George, expanded the family legacy by creating Pepi Studios, a heartfelt tribute to his wife (our mother). By 2009, the younger generation—Sifis, Manos, and Maria Irini—infused the establishment with renewed purpose and passion, transforming it into Pepi Boutique Hotel in Rethymnon Crete.
Today, this elegant establishment offers a serene setting that envelops guests in the charm of yesterday while providing the comforts of modern hospitality. With 13 rooms, 2 maisonettes, and 2 suites surrounding a tranquil garden oasis, every corner radiates the warmth of Cretan spirit and meticulous attention to detail.
